Bloomed the soap while I showered - lathered with a 28mm tuxedo - face-lathered for a good 10 to 12 minutes...probably longer than I needed to but it was such a relaxing shave, I figured "why not

Honestly, I have no idea if MW recommends it or not.  I'm able to lather it without blooming but, at least to me, it just seems easier/quicker to bloom a MW soap.
