Original v. (Martin de Candre) mint, lavender, rosemary
Although I like all the fragrances offered by Martin de Candre, this Original may be my favorite. It has a measure of eye-opening oomph the others lack. You get a nice fresh rosemary scent, strong enough to clear your head on a groggy dawn, and yet still soft enough to entice you to lather up on a calm spring morning. It remains pungent from day to day, even when you leave the lid off the jar. I have a feeling that if I left it open in my closet, it would chase away moths, ants, and other critters too.
