There’s more than a pinch of dried mint sprinkled over the expected amber and spices. It gives the puck a freshish note that comes as a surprise. Make up the lather, though, and it melts into the warm resins and spices. I’m not really sure what the mint doing here, unless it’s meant to conjure up olfactory images of hot mint teas sold in the souk.
