Wow I feel bad having around 30 soaps now. I'm guessing your total is somewhere north of that? Boy do I feel like an amateur. Lol.

Actually, I shave every other day ... So you'd have to top 60 to be an equal comparison. You still probably have me beat.

I have 115.

Boellis Panama Daytona 10 shaving cream.  It's an old cream and has dried to soap consistency.  It has a light woodsy, musky, citrus fragrance; I'm not sure yet if I like it.  The lather was wonderful, very thick and rich and moisturizing.  However, my skin is sometimes sensitive to certain ingredients, and today it was left slightly reddened and burning.  I'll try the cream again next month.

New Soap!  Black Tie Razor has become a staple in my morning routine.  I had them all but "Black Tie Affair" but thanks to a very generous gift that is no longer the case.  Affair is a no-surprise top performer.  The more I use this soap base, the more I am reminded of Tabac except with an excellent finish.  The scent?  Mmmm.  The scent really does evoke a Black Tie event.  Light and lilting top of citrus orange, middle of vanilla which is just perfectly balanced to not run down the gourmand trail.  And all of it perched atop a base of woody sandalwood.  Perfect for warmer days but the sandalwood makes it a year-round soap just like all its siblings.

You win!  That's got to be over 9 years of daily shaving.  Sure like your variety of posts due to 115 soaps.  (And no, I am not going to count mine).

I’ve had this beech bowl since nearly day 1 of my shave odyssey. The soap inside is fairly new, but the bowl itself has seen many a lather. The constant wetting and drying have been rough on the wood. So a few months ago I sanded the worn spots and gave it all a new finish. Looks like new and should keep me going easily for another six years.

One of my very favorite both in performance and scent.  Oh boy, that scent is extra awesome.

What he said! Lol. That's a lot. If I ever get that many, they'll find me in a corner having a nervous breakdown. I'll be mumbling "there's too many" , "they're taking over".[Image: giphy.gif?cid=349c9dd7fa42398c1e419dd3d0...=giphy.gif]
