I heard it said several times that B&M Nordost is the "scent of the year" so I had to see for myself.  I really like B&M and I think Will's courage and dedication to scent is awesome.  Some I like, some I hate, some I love!  This one really is nice.  The label is awesome especially for a hobby that's hearkens back to yesteryear.  Nordost is a citrus miracle.  No synthetic orange smell here and thankfully it is not just the juice but leans heavy on peel!  Smells like my hands after peeling and eating an orange.  That said, this is not a gourmand scent but buy is it a citrus lovers dream.  It says smoked orange is the accord but off the soap,I only get orange.  The aftershave gives me just a kiss of smoke and adds depth.  Aftershave is short lived, like citrus generally is.  Performance is...well...B&M excellence.  Best of the year?  Not for me but boy it is nice.
