What soap/cream did you use today?

Love Hendrix Barbershop.

After seeing comparisons in the Hendrix forum, I gave Mike's a try... Mike's shaves better, but I love the scent strength and lack of tallow smell in Hendrix. Definitely my favorite.

SPEICK Cream 

Lavender and Real Beeswax
Smells a little like Noxema BUT love how my skin feels after the shave, “like a baby’s arse”

I've really been enjoying the background artwork you've had in several of your pics 

Thank You Sir! All of you guys have that signature thing you do and it’s original. I needed my own thing! You do the whipped lather brush, Churchillafemme does the dice, Klinker does the mirror distortion, tdmsu does the frozen frost look, Hondo does his window sill and kick ass lawn, Freddy does the prison lineup, Slantman makes us use our imagination, Celestino puts his gear in a terrarium, Dave in KY has that sink edge and stuffed animal collection, Teiste works in 2&3’s only with sharpness of light, haha, etc etc etc! Haha, I can go on and on.  It’s cool that this group of fine Gents (and Ladies) have their schtick, it’s the screen personality.

Tallow + Steel Madagascar

A top performer with a scent that is not quite the floral I expected it to be. With Tallow + Steel, expect the unexpected.

Oasisdave, how do you like the scent of Old Salty? I’ve been curious about that one for a while, now.

Cade v. (L'Occitane en Provence) bergamot, sandalwood, pepper, cade

A puck of Cade fits snug in this mini casserole. The ceramic base and lid are homey yet elegant. I found it in the kitchen gadgets aisle in the grocery store. Should last forever, just like the soap that's in it.

Great idea is that about a one cup size?

Probably closer to half a cup, maybe 5 oz.
