Wow. I can't even fathom what tomato leaf smells like. Not that I know what hycinth is like, either (I think it's a flower). But tomato leaf sounds out there.

What's the overall smell like? The cover and the pear would lead me to think a spring scent?

Edit: Ok, I found some info... If it's correct, tomato leaf is a spicy earthy plant scent. It's also a common essential oil, it seems. Love learning new stuff. :-)

So I'd imagine it'll be a fairly sweet, slight citrus, floral scent with the tomato leaf as the backdrop? How close was I?

Lisa's Natural Herbal Creations - Black Flower... Wow. Late to the party, but very happy I finally made it. First shave with Lisa. Impressive ingredients lead to a wonderful base creating outstanding cushion, slickness and post shave comfort. Scent...Imagine a warm brownie with melting vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious! Soap appears dark brown in the tub and lather's with a medium brown color. . Several of her other offering's look interesting as well. Might want to check her selections and try a sample. She included a sample of Ouzoud with my order. Will give that a try in a day or two.

Natural Bay Rum v. (Meißner Tremonia) Jamaica rum, West Indies bay, a whiff of clove

This is a dark, rich, full-bodied fragrance that's graced with a dusting of clove. It's simple, straightforward, and my favorite bay rum. I especially like it on a hot sunny afternoon when I hear the waves crashing on the beach and the trades blowing through the coconut palms. I finished with St John's bay rum aftershave. That juice packs some serious heat which altogether suits the robust tenor of today's shave.

I'm generally not a cream guy but hey, I got it so I'll finish it. And there is nothing wrong with creams. It's just that I enjoy the load/lather process of soaps. This cream is very lightly scented (coconut. SURPRISE) and could almost be labeled unscented. Lathers quickly and well. Slickness is a strong suit for this cream. Overall a very good product, just not my bag.
