Peppermint & Rosemary t. (Mike's Natural Soaps)

Mike's soaps start out pretty wet, but after a couple years in a dry climate, they can shrink considerably. This puck of Peppermint & Rosemary shriveled so small I couldn't keep it in the tub. It kept popping out as I loaded my brush. So a week ago I ripped it up and repacked it tight into its tin. For the next seven days I lathered it with gusto, mashing it down into the container and smoothing out the bumps. Each time it gave up a clean, cool scent that's one of my favorites in the springtime, and by the end of the week it was producing some truly awesome lather, smooth and thick and exceptionally creamy. It was fun to revive this old tub and rediscover just how magnificent Mike's is.
