My tub of Sacre Bleu is a few years old. Picked it up when the Crown King formula came out and PAA ran it under the Crown King label. My friends, this soap is awesome. Easy to lather with one of the best post shaves in my herd. The scent, as advertised, doesn't match USA Aqua Velva but then it was intended to smell like vintage and I suppose it does. I do like both this soap scent and the current AV iteration and they match well enough as to work well together. Scent strength is stout and lasts all shave. Lingers a bit after the shave but hey, I'm not complaining because I'm splashing on some Aqua Velva anyway. I love it. My wife doesn't. She says I smell like an old man. Well, I'm known as grandpa Dobby to 10 kids. How young does she think I ought to smell? Shoot, I'm sleeping with a Grandma.
