The cream in the black tube (there is also a green tube) smells like the puck. It is good. However, use their puck sparingly because they do not really exist any longer. I spoke with the distributor in North Carolina several years ago. He told me they were not making the puck any longer because the molds that made the the scalloped lid were defective so the only thing available was the cream and he sent me a free one. He also indicated he would contact me when they are available. A year later I did not hear from him so I contacted him again. He told me he gave up his distributorship. That was about 3 years ago. However, I purchased several tubes from his left over inventory for pennies. There is a Dr. Selby web site. However, it appears bogus. It says availabl on Amazon and e-Bay; good luck finding it. And the following is what they have on their web site in order to contact them:

Call us: 555-555-5555 or email temp@temporary.com. See anything odd? We are talking about 4 yers this has been going on.

Michelle at Mystic Waters makes awesome soaps and I really like Ginger Pear in the cold weather. Scent strength is about 7/10 and is very well balanced between the ginger and the pear. Additionally there is a mix of spices going on here that makes this one smell like winter holiday. Scent doesn't linger long post shave but it stays right with you during your shave. Mystic waters is a very low structure lather for me. I often read how this soap is hard to lather but even in my hard water I have not noticed it to be difficult. If you expect to look like the guy on the Cella package, with the whipped cream beard full of lather, this ain't gonna be your jam. If you are looking for lather like yogurt, you found it my man. Loading is quick but make sure to get enough in the brush. This soap is so very slick. Post shave is hard to beat. I find this soap likes synthetic brushes best but really don't have issues with badger or boar as long as I start with a damp brush. I really like Mystic.

I'm betting if I dial the phone number I'll get some 80's Sitcom star.
