WCS Pear-Brrr Shoppe shaving soap, a sample from a friend. The lather was just OK, not great.

This was my first use of this rather nice soap (or any soap) from our friends Down Under and it certainly did not disappoint. It produced a thick, dense lather and provided excellent slickness. The scent is exquisite.

Hungarian Lavender t. (Mike's Natural Soaps) ★★★★★ tart lavender

It looks like I'm back to the top of my rotation again, and that means I'm starting off with the best soap on my shelf. What hasn't been written already about this excellent soap? It's the tub I've used the most over the last three years because it makes a perfect lather and it smells like heaven. Today I was especially impressed by the tart top of this fragrance. I wonder if Mike adds a few drops of bergamot.
