Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli (Declaration Grooming) dirty lemon rose

Seems like I've seen Tallow+Steel, Wholly Kaw, and now Declaration Grooming teaming up with Chatillon Lux to scent their soap with YRP. After just one shave, I can see why so many of our artisan soap makers have latched onto this aromatic trifecta. On the puck YRP smells like three separate bold notes, but once the lather comes together the scent mellows and becomes smoother. Don't get me wrong, it's still strong. You'll be enjoying the world through a rose-colored mist most of the afternoon.

This isn't Declaration Grooming's new Icarus soap base. It's the old stuff, but when you water it well, it's marvelously slick.
