Mammoth Soaps v17 Lemon Cream Floral

A very soft soap with great performance and a pleasing, fresh floral scent.

This raises the question: how old would said tatami be? Smile
(This is coming from someone who, back in the day, left many a drop of sweat and even some of blood on the tatami.)

Matsilainen : I've never done anything but sleep and eat on tatami. Now you've got me curious. Why the sweat and blood?

A long time ago, I was an active student of jiu-jitsu, and we practiced on fine tatami imported directly from Japan. Our classes during the summer were 60 minutes, and during the rest of the year, 90 minutes. Due to all the perspiration, my suit would weigh at least twice as much after a class than before it. Thankfully, seeing blood during practice was extremely uncommon; I did break a tooth once.

For a comfortable shave, it's hard to beat this Glide formula. The rich, dense, slippery lather will leave you wondering if you really put a blade in your razor. The scent's very nice too, reminding me mostly of Japanese incense burning in a room of tatami and cedar.

That soap smelled like rubber cement to me, just awful. I'm glad you like it though. It is a great soap base.

"Rubber cement," wyze0ne? You say that like it's a bad thing. Wink

Mirto di Sardegna (Saponificio Varesino)  lime, lavender, oak moss, vetiver

Ah, lime and vetiver. What a splendid combination for the last days of summer. I really like the balance of the clean and dirty notes, the brightness of the citrus and the dark grounding of the grassy roots. A fine pair of notes to end the season on.
