Agrumi (Farmacia Santissima Annunziata) bergamot, lemon, eucalyptus, musk

This vegan soap works well, but it doesn't offer many surprises. I got good close shaves, but without a balm or splash, I felt a little dry and tight at first. Its main ingredients are palm oil and glycerin. The addition of argan oil makes for a light but pleasant finish that kicks in after an hour or so. It feels good on a steamy hot day. So the soap works pretty well, but Agrumi is expensive. Right now it can be ordered only from Italy, and shipping to my island costs about three times the cost of the soap itself. Apart from its durability, its main attraction is its light citrus scent, which unfortunately doesn't last long in the lather. If I were in Florence, I'd certainly pick up a puck and some aftershave, but until that day comes, I'll just save a sliver to recall the fragrance.
