DR Harris Marlbourough. Every time I use Harris I'm surprised at how effortlessly it lathers in my hard water. It's so easy to lather that I believe folks that report it as being sub par have not loaded enough soap. Without enough soap it offers gobs of lather that are not slick enough but with a good long load off their hard puck it's offers plenty of slickness.
Barrister's Reserve Lavender (Barrister & Mann) ★★★★★ bright lavender
Will's Reserve line runs with the very best. The lather is dense, protective, and moisturizing, and of course, it smells fantastic. For three days this tub sat uncorked on my sink, filling the room with a springy scent. It's squeaky clean and as bright as the morning sun. There may be just a drop of leather to give it some body, but it's hardly noticeable. I don't get much camphor either, or any medicinal side notes, which is sort of a pity, since I like that apothecary vibe.
