Wholly Kaw Project Leather-

this scent really surprised me. There were coments about people saying the scent was light, but this was not the case IMO. Almost a floral similar to King Of Oud, both scents are a bit hard to describe.

Clay Face

Oud-Santal (Le Père Lucien) aloeswood & sandalwood

Today's lather came out dry and light, and left me with an annoying tingling sensation even six hours later. I suspect I didn't scoop out enough soap to make a proper cushion. In that way, the soap is fairly temperamental. When you get it right, almost nothing compares. Just a little off, though, and you may start looking for a frozen towel to wrap around your head.

I agree that at least in my opinion (as well), it’s definitely not a light scent. There’s a lot going on with it. The leather is there in the background, somewhere, and more apparent are the scent notes that remind me of fruits or perhaps berries.

I’ve seen several comments like this about LPL (haven’t tried it myself). Seems to be something of a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde soap. Confused2

The GroomingDept - Neroli de Bois

I think GroomingDept has overtaken Nuavia as the best soap in my den. The performance on these soaps whether tallow or vegan is just superb. Nuavia Rossa is still my favorite scent though.

Mike's Natural Soaps - Orange, Cedarwood and Black Pepper. I haven't used Mike's Soaps in a while and todays shave reminded why it is my favorite Shaving Soap. Great Shave.
