Felce Aromatica (Saponficio Varesino) fresh fougère
The scent is as thick and satisfying as its lather, making this one of my favorite soaps. To be honest, it took me a while to warm up to Varesino's soaps. At first their lather was too thin. I think I wasn't getting enough soap into my soft synthetic brushes. Blooming the puck with just a few drops of water did wonders. Now the synth brushes easily scoop up a full load from the softened surface of the soap, and I get a dense, protective heap of suds. Maybe I'll try the same approach with my Le Père Lucien soaps.
