Wholly Kaw Fougere Bouquet Donkey Milk
Despite this being my only WK soap at the moment I do feel like the donkey milk base is one of the best bases out there on the market. The regular tallow is still very, very good but why not go all out if you have the option right? Going to have my eye on what whollykaw will be releasing in the DM base. I did miss the Fougere Concerto w/ Menthol in the summer but hope that comes back or grab it on the BST.
Edit: Never mind found the Fougere Concerto at a vendor in Canada and just added to my order.

On an eternal den clearing mission at this point.
Saturday night shave with a new arrival. This is definitely a cream (to me) so decided to treat it as such. Rubbed a small dollop on the face then lathered.
It’s nicer than I had originally thought with the Olfactory Hue scent. That one was too much musk for me. I really like this Rose scent. Very nice and the shave and post are top tier.
My only thoughts would to treat this like a cream and just scoop a dab out and face lather then lid it tight to retain that ‘creaminess.’ Very nice.

Sandalwood, Select v. 2 (Cold River Soap Works) sandalwood
From the rich and fruity to the dry and austere, there's not a sliver of sandalwood I don't like. Though the sandalwood in this soap is not as sweet as some, it's tinged with an interesting deep earthiness, balanced by some prominent nutty notes that seem to be the hallmark of the oil made in western Australia. The lather itself is similar to Select v. 1, heavy, dense, with a deep cushion, and an even deeper hydration.
