What soap/cream did you use today?

Soap Commander Fortitude

After having used synthetic brushes for a bit, I underestimated how much I should load using a badger. The result was a somewhat mediocre lather, even after reloading between passes. Nice scent, though.

Barrister and Mann Fougere Gothic.

A great earth fougere and the reserve base is amazing. Shave was perfection.

Abricot (Le Père Lucien) apricot

This soap needs a good whipping in the lathering bowl before it gives up anything useful. Even after four minutes of soulful agitation it seems too light and fluffy. Little puffs of suds are scattered all around my feet. I dab it on careful not pop too many bubbles for fear that the whole concoction will deflate. Yet somehow it always gives me a superbly close shave and a soft smooth sensation that rivals even the best soaps on my shelf.
