What soap/cream did you use today?

Saponificio Varesino Settantesimo (70th Anniversary)

Williams Rose shaving soap (vintage) + Art of Shaving Rose Absolute shaving cream (vintage). I wouldn't want to use a rose aftershave and walk around smelling that way, but the Williams and AoS together made a wonderful uberlather that smelled great during the shave. The AoS has dried out somewhat over time and probably should be rehydrated next time.

Bonum Mane (GroomingDept) lemon & patchouli

No waterboarding the puck today, just a simple load and a face lather. The suds were thick and slick, and the cushion was as deep as the day is long. I got no irritation at all. The shave was painless and finished plump, and it seemed to set the world straight on its axis. I’m going to add Bonum Mane to my short list of soaps that I can call on for restitution after I’ve had a rough shearing.

KShaveWorx - Frazzled Kilt Shave Soap - This is the one that smells like an Irish spring! I'm so glad I found this, the scent is 9/10 and the performance is a 10/10. I'll be trying other soaps by these guys!
