Cade Soap (L’Occitan en Provence) faint cade & moisture cream

This puck is old, battered, and has seen quite a few homes. Twice it was grated so that I could stuff it into a new tub, once I minced with with a cleaver when my wife told me the graters were no longer available for fiddling with soaps, and once again I melted it, ever so gently in a double boiler, so that I could pour it evenly into a wooden bowl. With treatment like that, it’s no wonder that the scent of cade has slinked away. But the soft smell of moisture cream has held out well, making this a mild, unobtrusive soap that can easily be used every morning with excellent results. A dollop of Mickey Lee’s preshave butter keeps everything running smooth and adds to the velvety finish.

Might be the finest Rose scent I've come across.

Bouki, I see a 6S in your lineup. Well done. Probably the smoothest shaver I've used over the years. Love the Rockwell!
