What soap/cream did you use today?

Mystic Waters - Lily of the Valley

Shannon's Soap - Woodlands

HoosierShave  can you tell a performance  difference between this line and the new Rust Belt Reserve line which I have only seen the one 1 scent - Forest City Fern.

Personally, I don't think there is much of a difference, if any. Also, the ingredients labels are identical.

Shannon's is one of my favorite soaps/lathers...similar to Mystic Water.

It's funny, I have Woodlands and the Rust Belt Forest City Fern and honestly prefer the performance of the Woodlands soap. The Rust Belt soap gave me a great shave but my skin felt a little dry post shave.

Both are excellent products though

I absolutely love this stuff, Scritchnscrub.

Fougère (Martin de Candre) rosemary, lavender, coumarin, mint, basil, thyme, anise

Open the jar, and just behind the grass and mint smell of basil, you get a hint of licorice. The smell reminds me of Anis de Flavigny pastilles, those bizarre little French candies, hard as pebbles, that you suck on for half an hour only to find a tiny anise seed swimming around your mouth.
