What soap/cream did you use today?

L&L Original

Bergamot is such a great essential oil. I like to put a few drops on a cotton ball underneath a pillow case. Makes for a calming sleep. Sandalwood can be polarizing. I like the woody scent but only in winter for some reason. The bright sweetness combined with that woody note works beautifully here.

I dropped the puck into a Parkway 6 oz. thick wall tub. It fits pretty nicely. There’s just a slight gap between the soap and the wall of the container. Making a lather with this soap is effortless. What I can’t quite figure out, though, is why a lather made with a badger brush gives me with perfectly smooth supple skin, while a lather made with a synthetic brush leaves me a little dry and tight.

Mystic Water Irish Traveller

Going home to Ireland for a bit tonight so this fits well.

Great take on green Irish tweed. I'm really enjoying MW again. I had just run out and didn't reorder for some strange reason some months back! This really is a fantastic soap and it might be the perfectly designed shave stick.
