Ylang Ylang (Eufros) banana, jasmine, sugar, vanilla, tropical woods

Ylang ylang smells like a tropical garden bordered by ripening bananas. I brought this soap out today after I noticed a new bunch of bananas on our tree. Each piece of fruit, a finger, has a pale white bloom on its tip. As the fingers mature, the flowers dry and fall away, so you hardly ever see them in the grocery store. I wanted to smell them while they still were on the tree, but it’s been so breezy that the blooms, along with their scent, blew away before I could get a sniff, and I had to console myself with this tub of soap.

La Toja. A nice cheap soap with a nondescript soapy scent (think a creamy, slightly spicier version of Irish Spring). I don't really like shaving sticks though so I think I will grate this one into a container.
