Vetiver (Mike's Natural Soap) rooty vetiver, nuts, chocolate

In spite of the deep caramel and nut and faint chocolate notes, Mike's Vetiver is not a hoity-toity gourmand soap. In fact, Mike's approach to scents and soaps is about as down to earth as you can get. The tins are humble and the labels are rough, but the performance is outstripped by none, or only a very few. These are the soaps you take to the cabin on the lake. They're the ones you reach for when you're doing what you like to do the most.

Tabac Soap. love the smell of that stuff and it lathers like a champ with little effort.

Wonderful post from our friend Bouki above. It just doesn't get any better (for me) than the soap making coming out of Ann Arbor.
