Eton College (Taylor of Old Bond Street) ★★★ citrus, rose, lavender
The average age of a student at Eton College is sixteen. More down than bristle, then. A cream destined for this clientele doesn't have to offer tremendous cushion, just a sweet smell and a sturdy tub. To improve the performance I lathered with Thayer’s, but I still got a couple of weepers. I’d pass this tub along if it weren’t for the fresh, optimistic scent. The citrus and floral notes blend so nicely that it’s hard to tell them apart, like voices in a boys choir.

Sounds like the product was a bit of a let down, but at least it led to an amusing review.
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Tallow + Steel Dark
Had to have an earlier shave today, despite using R41 for a few days straight, T&S is able to give my face the protection that I need. As stated from yesterday I was using B&M White Label and comparing with T&S and tomorrow B&M Glissant. I find that T&S and B&M Non Glissant perform almost identical, though I might have to give T&S a slight edge. But are really comparable though.
