Bouki, I will be in New Zealand visiting my first cousin and my wife's brother in January. Should bring some Slåtterøy!

vtmax, I think you'll love New Zealand. We try to visit whenever we can. We love the countryside and the kind people. Next time, though, I think I'll leave my tub of soap at home. Tiny hotel sinks and even tinier shelves make it hard to shuffle a full kit. A shave stick is the way to go when you're on the road. Got any of that Mystic Water Rose Sandalwood left? That's a good shave!

Thanks Bouki! That and Vanilla Sandalwood. Great sticks. I also love homemade Haslinger sticks. The soap forms nicely into those twist up travel tubes.  Brother in law is in the Bay of Plenty but will get to Wellington and the South Island too.

Kiss My Face Lime. Am on a KMF kick. I bowl lathered it and it was a breeze to whip up a great lather. I should buy stock in the company, I love this stuff, and the ingredient list is impressive:

This dry, slightly waxy finish rivals my favorite brands. My hide feels plump without any trace of greasiness. With this soap there’s no need for an aftershave, balm, or splash, especially on a warm, muggy day like today.
