Flying Mango (Saponificio Varesino for Asylum) woody cologne
Shave 1 ・ 163 g left
Bullgoose describes the scent as tobacco leaf, citrus, lavender, woods, and musk. If you’ve got a good nose and half an hour to sniff a puck of soap, I bet you could find all those notes. The lavender is dirty (think Dolomiti), while the citrus merely puts a gloss on the basenotes. Mostly it’s woods and musk coupled with a peppery side note that together make a pleasant sort of cabin in the mountains smell. If you’ve tried Saponificio Varesino’s Manna di Sicilia, you’ll notice the similarities.
