I'm in the same boat.  Only been wet-shaving for 6 years but still haven't tried Cella.  For me, it's the scent.  I'm not a fan of Almond-scented soaps so haven't bothered to buy it.

I also have never tried Cella. All the stories of it going bad fairly quickly made me not be interested.

This young lady who frequently comes around with momma and her sister has what I assume is a huge tumor on her right shoulder. Any ideas what that is, Lip?

Hey, I’m no doc but it looks like a fibroma which is caused by papilloma virus.  She looks to be in good shape so I. Guessing whatever the “thing” is does not sap much energy.  If it’s fibromatosis it’s pretty common in the Rocky’s and the deer I’ve seen with it do not seem affected by it.  I just did some google diagnosing (because we don’t need and docs anymore) and learned that it’s not lethal and that it afflicts young deer much more than older animals.  It also appears that this condition will likely clear up.

I had it but gave it away. Used it once and good performance but I just really dislike that Marzipan scent it has

It's Tuesday so I had to use Tabac. Second use on this puck, I plan on tracking its lifetime to see how long it lasts. I will only use it on Tuesdays.

Ethos recommends that you don’t put a wet brush into a jar of its S-base soaps. They take a long time to cure and get rid of the excess water. Introducing a wet brush just takes us back a few steps and can turn the soap soggy. So what’s a shaver to do? Well, today I just plunged my finger into this jar of semi-soft soap and scooped up a gram or so. Then I mashed it around my face until I had a fairly uniform coating. Certainly smelled nice that way even if it was a little sticky. And then I took up my damp brush and built the lather. How did it turn out? Just fine. I got a great lather, and I don’t have to wait twenty-four hours for the jar to dry before I weigh it. Win win.
