What soap/cream did you use today?

Grooming Dept - Pàsion (Kairos + Lamb Tallow)

Twice in a week I'm too lazy to get up to snap the soap photo.

My lather has monstrous, so I was Santa and my dog was Frosty.

Ah, the scent on this one is excellent!  I mean really nice!  One problem though is a slight tingle that upsets my zen so this one will be headed to a son who said “Sweet, I’m sure glad I don’t have baby skin like you”.  And this jerk expects me to love him?  I have zero idea what might be in the mix that causes the tingle.  They have listed tobacco, oak, vanilla, musk, laudanum, rose, leaves.  Most of these I’ve used in one form or another but oak?  Maybe?  Leaves?  I don’t know what that even means but I did have a soap from Cold River once that caused a tingle.  It was named Fall and it had “leaves” in the profile.  Perhaps whatever that “leaves” accord is does not like me. (Never knew leaves to carry machetes).  At any rate the CK6 is awesome soap and this one doesn’t light me up like cinnamon but hey, why ride with a burr under your blanket?

Followed this with a splash of Dr. Jon's Anne Bonny.

Thankfully, I'm not yet tired of the scent or lather!  Only 9 more weeks before I dive back into a world of variety   (well, maybe less if the new Ethos Santal is released soon!)

Just noticed that our lilacs are starting to bloom…but…alas…no lilac soap…..so went with Ethos Lavender v1….
