I don't know if it's intentional by the maker, but to me it's kinda like the barrels, post-winemaking. Kind of a musty wood scent, or thereabouts.

Also, I enjoy the pun they made with the name "diVino"... referring to both "divine" (divino) and "(made) of wine" (di vino).
