I'm sorry you didn't buy this soap ... This is a top tier soap. All performance characteristics are excellent. The foam is not high, but very dense, greasy and stringy. Smell (very interesting) slightly above average and very complex. It's very hard to tell what it smells like, but it's very nice. A little pine needles, fresh maple leaves, caramel (sweets), delicious cookies, a little bit of sweetness and at the same time something sour. Very remotely similar to the B&M childhood memories. After shaving, the skin is in excellent condition (soft, natural, slightly velvety). I would recommend trying this manufacturer.

Now I am really sorry I didn't buy it But MacDuffs is on my list of soaps to try. They have a soap that is supposed to smell like old leather bound books. Maybe I will try that one

Spitfire t. (Phoenix & Beau) leather & juniper
Yesterday my spreadsheet hinted I had nine shaves left in this tub. Today I revised the weights and measures. Now it tells me I’ve got 21. I was really looking for soap I could pop off before the end of the month, so Spitfire will go back in the hanger. The hunt continues.
