Mr. Burberry Indigo shaving cream. Once again I was surprised and disappointed by trying to lather a cream intended just to be applied by the palms. I really need to read the advertising descriptions first before buying blindly.

Milksteak base

Notes: white grape, honeysuckle, iris, blackcurrant bud, helichrysum, sandalwood, coumarin, oakmoss and musk

This fragrance aims to reimagine the fougère with a white grape top note and a lush, dense supporting cast of flora and fauna that could be found on the winding trails.

I think I picked this soap up from Nero in one of his “Holy Hanna” den clearings.  Tcheon Fung Sing Kathmandu is based around Geranium but has wood and incense going too.  I’d put this one in the Oriental category for sure.  Soft like soft Italian soaps run, it whips up quick and creamy and finished plump.

It’s a limited run I believe and in a very small container.  I know Tcheon Fung Sing makes a bunch of Razorock soaps, or at least they did.  For the longest time I believed because of that lower price they must not be that good.  And as you can guess, I was wrong again.  Very nice soaps from that maker.

Folgefonn v. (Fitjar Islands) mint, wood & eucalyptus

There's a little branch of eucalyptus way in the back of this fragrance. It's hardly noticeable, just a sappy green note buried in the menthol, pine, and olive that round out the scent. Simple and clean, Folgefonn's mild, fresh aroma is just right for a hot 'n sticky summer day.
