Barrister and Mann Beaudelaire

This scent is just intoxicating to me, and of course the performance of the Glissant base is fantastic. I really hope that Will & Co. bring this one back sometime in the future.

I tried my first Barrister & Mann today (Chesire). Such a lovely scent and amazingly slick lather.

Sandalwood (Bluebell Artisan Soaps) white sandalwood

This vegan soap maker seems to have gone out of business. At least I can't find Bluebell Artisan Soap on the internet any more, and the shop who sold me this soap no longer carries the brand. That's a pity since this is a great soap that performs well and smells like rich Australian sandalwood. The only problem with it - at least from a marketer's point of view - is that it lacks a unique element to distinguish it from all the other great soaps already crowding our shelves. So it failed to make a splash and disappeared so quietly that I can't find even a picture of it on the Web.
