That Tatara brush is bomb, as the older kids said back 20 years ago, isn't it?! I tried it on the pass around DanLaw did and almost bought one. Some days I wish I had. I believe it has Semogue's Sylver synthetic. I bought an SOC Taj with the Sylver in it, but it was too scrubby for my taste. That is the moment I realized I should have bought the adjustable instead! Have you added any other knots?

Hi Eric.  I took advantage of Tatara's 25% Black Friday discount - after reading through the above-mentioned pass around that DanLaw honchoed.  I'm only one shave in, but the adjustable feature helped considerably to make that a fun shave.  I find it hard to compare this to other synthetics at this point, because of being only one shave in, and because I am so used to 26 and 28mm knots.  But I do expect that the Muramasa Synth will be, at a minimum, my goto travel knot.  --  Stay tuned.
