That is an impressive Frankenstein razor. How did you manage to the head and handle to work together?
I have a MMOC that has a broken blade stop and have kept it around to possibly reuse the handle some way.

Growth: 2 day beard
Prep: Warm shower: Stirling Sheep bar soap
Pre: None

Brush: Semogue 1470
Lather: MacDuff's Soap Company - Aspen Parkland (unscented) shave soap
Load/Lather Bowl: Dirty Bird 1.5 Bowl Scuttle (with web pattern and lather rim)

Razor: Schick M (H2)
Blade: Personna stainless PTFE coated injector blades (D1)

Three passes for the neck. 3.5 passes for mustache. Two passes elsewhere. Touch ups under nose.

Post: alum, Stirling witch hazel, PAA Mysterium Serum

First shave with the Schick M. I shaved on setting 7 on the left side of my face (based on Whiterook said he liked) and setting 3 on the right side (based on another user's suggestion). I was surprised how similar the settings felt. Setting 7 did better in the mustache area while setting 3 did better in the neck area. I have much to try with this razor but I felt is is probably the best razor for these blades.

It is an attractive razor. It shaves just like any other Schick L, mild but gets the job done with no drama.
Cheers!

Member on another forum I'm no longer active on cut the handles off Micromatic like yours. He then tapped them and made an adapter with the correct threads to put the head and handle together.

Thank you!
I have not tried a Schick L yet. What number would you say it would be on your Schick M?
