Rooney 1/2 Ebony Finest (24/57)

Heritage brush from Neil Breed.  I’m a sucker for barber style handles and boar knots.  Neil was the fella that introduced us all to a method to gel knots and this boar is gelled.  And tall!  I set the knot myself so I opened the socket and sank that sucker deep.  This brush is the softest boar I’ve ever used.  Feels like a silver tip badger.  Is it my favorite boar?  Nope! But it sure is one of my favorite brushes.  Looks awesome too.
