That was my first encounter with synth brushes. Excellent IMO. Plus you can't go wrong with Kent

Vie-Long 12601 horsehair. I only paid about $12.00 for this very basic brush but it it does a more than competent job.

I used my new Thater 4125/2 Silvertip 3 band. This new Silvertip has really sold me on badgers again. I still can't believe how much nicer a face feel this brush is than my previous Simpson Colonel. I had pretty much given up on badgers altogether and used synthetics for last several months but now I can enjoy both again.
