ANG69, tell us more about this brush, if you will. (Re-knot? I’ve never seen a Thäter like this before.)

This is an original Thater Boar brush. To my understanding the people behind Thater sourced high quality boar hair and hand-tied their own knots. The handle is the same good quality resin as they use for their badger brushes. I took the photo after I lathered three triple-milled soaps. After that I also used it for a shave and was very pleased - only after a few lathering cycles the brush is becoming very soft and gentle but with a good backbone.

ANG69, I was going to ask if the brushes are in full production, or if it’s still in a sort of “beta phase,” but then I thought to search a specific store, and found my answer… Thanks for sharing your photo and impressions, it’s a beautiful brush and also sounds very promising, performance-wise.
