This brush was given to me as a holiday gift and it is interesting to compare it with the hybrid Stirling/Maggard look alike I have been using. ezlovan's knot has a higher loft and just a bit more backbone. The tips are incredibly soft, as I have come to expect from this type of knot and, for me, the look and the ergonomic shape of the handle are just about perfect. Overall, the shaving experience with this brush was superb. I was able to whip up a fine lather from Stirling's Gin & Tonic Shave Soap in no time flat.
