How do you like the BOSS knot? Is it a dense knot with good splay?
I really like the BOSS knot. Even the Brush Guy (Matthew Marting - you can find his videos on You Tube. He is not the slickest talker but a fantastic brush maker) thinks it's likely a Gamechanger knot but he is not 100% sure so he calls it the BOSS knot. The knot is very soft, dense and luxurious feeling though still has plenty of backbone. It splays very easy (though not as easy as the Tuxedo knot which is incredibly easy to splay). I would have to say that the BOSS is my favorite knot that I've used so far and the Brush Guy's handles are phenomenal ( and no I'm not being paid to say that They look a little uncommon but work extremely well.

Thanks johnz3333 ! I'm looking at getting a new brush and the BOSS knot is one of the options for the synthetic knots.
