Your taste is impeccable, I’ve always admired your gear. The colours are representative of the 7 dominant colours.

“My” favourite handle is anything that comes close to an L7.  Obviously well represented in your collection. If I had to choose 1 handle that makes me really really happy, looking at it, ergonomics, colour and a knot that serves the purpose of killing soap and dual purposed for bowl or face....ha, my El Druida.  I think you know the brush.  Idk, I have many things but this brush just makes me happy.

If YOUR collection was mine (opinions are subjective), I would add in a spectacular Butterscotch, the “correct” Tortoise, Navy with an Ivory/Gold or Disco accent, or Neptune.  Because you have a good representation of the L7, maybe add something with a different shape such as a high rise beehive or a Sherlock? Can’t wait to see what you add, please update when you do!

Thank for the most generous post I've seen in a long time! Those are simply beautiful examples of brushes, and such a thoughtful response. I like the L7 shape - and that's a stunning picture of the El Druida - such a pretty brush - I can see why it makes you happy! I will think a lot about your suggestions and pictures - a friend of mine just received his custom Varlet, speaking of beehive and butterscotch - Thank you again - I like this thread even more now Smile

Aldo's take on the classic Beehive is stunning!  Original and masterfully executed.
