No, not the .83. It is the Ti Efficient and this was my first use. From what I have read I think it is slightly less aggressive than the .83. This is from the website:

HAIRCUT & SHAVE CO.
( PRE-ORDER) TI EFFICIENT MACHINED-FINISH WITH ALL KNURLED HANDLE.
5.0 star rating
6 Reviews
$310
Pre-order now! Will be available and ship: 06/01/2022
The new and one of the most efficient razor with the least blade feel, yet really efficient and very smooth. Medium-aggressive and the efficiency is somewhere in between N075 and P076.
TRAVEL CASE SOLD SEPARATELY.

HANDLE:
Titanium Grade 5, Length = 95mm, 3.74"

Base PLATE:
Titanium Grade 5

TOP CAP:
Titanium Grade 5

TOTAL WEIGHT : 72g

I must say it lived up to its name on this first shave. Very impressive--smooth and efficient. And so far, I am not feeling irritation on my neck near my Adam's Apple. I will give it a few more shaves before I am able to really form an opinion but it does give a very favorable first impression.
