Phoenix Artisan Accout....Ascension Ecliptic. I was at my sons house and saw he had one he got from a brush trade. Weird looking razor but I'm a fan of Bakelite so he sent it home with me to try. Light as a feather. Really strange looking with that hump back too. Loaded it up with a new Nacet blade and went to shaving. Did I say this is lightweight? The darn thing wanted to chatter and there was gobs of blade feel. I added a bit of positive pressure and it settled down a bit. I found the angle to be exactly as PAA claims. Lay the humps flat surface on your skin to get the right angle. Rinse this razor frequently as there are no lather vents under the safety bar. With the chatter and the blade feel I knew my face would sting when the alum block came out but boy was I wrong. No burning. Although I didn't enjoy the shave while performing it I did enjoy a very close, very comfortable shave. Weird huh? So I'll use this razor for the next several days to see if my experience starts to match the satisfaction with the shave.
