What razor did you use today?

Circa 1946 Gillette Tech paired with a new Gillette Silver Blue. The Tech is a wonderful razor!

My '64 Slim on 5 or 6, with a Personna Red or a Nacet is, as Mary Poppins says, Practically Perfect!

Eric, I thoroughly enjoy my Slim and Black Beauty Adjustables.  However, my Fat Boy doesn't give me nearly as good a shave and I believe it has something to do with the shape of the head on the Fat Boy; it tends to be more rounded than the other two.

Freddy, I had a Fat Boy for a week, and then sold it. I had, believe it or not, accidentally won it on eBay. I had been toying with the idea of one like my father would have got upon graduating high school in '58 or '59, when one came up. Well, it was mis-identified, actually a '60 3rd quarter, and the head seemed too big to fit under my schnoz, so I let someone else have it. I think my best razor is the Slim, but the new kid in town is a Rockwell 6C, and dang if it isn't gunning for the Slim's spot on the chart!

My friend Michael, this has to be the best looking razor I've seen this year. If it shaves half as good as it looks, then it must be an awesome shaver.

I almost always shave with a straight, but today I used a bullet tip Gem. Excellent.

Thank you, my friend. Yes, Nick, it is a good looking razor and shaves very smoothly. It's on the efficient side of the mild razors, and even with a new Feather, smooth as silk.
