Weber DLC/Triad Copper Rolling Hexagon with a Gillette Platinum 'Swede' (1). My muscle memory is learning the ideal angle and pressure for the DLC, and it is getting smoother for me. The old Swedes had gotten stuck together over the decades, and I had to destroy the dispenser to get the first blade out.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

I am two days into an Old Type from 1919 (by the serial number). I had it refinished by Jay at Delta Echo Razor Works. Good shaves, but I am learning how best to handle this one. It seems to like a shallow angle compared to how steep I can be with my Slim.
The set up shown is my standard for getting the hang of a new to me razor or blade. And the scuttle was added this fall for the cold winter months! Blizzard hitting south of us today, and we are getting up to 18" if the weather folks are not giving us fake forecasts!
