I got a few plastic 3d printed things on etsy but they're poor quality, and the tolerances are expectedly poor which results a in bad fit.
There is a market to produce blade dispensers and dryers out of a higher grade material. perhaps a metal 3d print with tighter tolerances ....hmm??? Blackland Razors
These magnetic back fly boxes work great for me:
The magnets prevent almost all sliding, and hold every blade format I use well enough to retain the blade even if I turn the box upside down. BTW I no longer bother labeling the bottom with Post-it Tabs, as you see in the picture. I still number the boxes in the top left and note after each shave where I put the blade - the left slot is #1 and the right is #6. For example the Wizamet is in slot 2.4. A spreadsheet works well for this; so does paper.
