A laser razor, that burns the whiskers off at skin level without damaging the skin.

Some Turkish barbers can do this using an alcohol flame, with great speed and facility;
resulting in the closest BBS shave possible, with no skin irritation at all.

Personally, I would love the return of Chatillon Lux splashes.  The base has been a favorite of mine for a long time.  If I had to reduce it down to the return of a specific scent, it would definitely be the Blackberry Blossom Bay.

Jason, I could have written that myself.  It is a real shame that he dropped them, especially (for me) the Unscented Aftershave.  My face loves it and because it is unscented I get to choose any cologne I want to finish off the shave.

That's it exactly!  I don't know of any other base that is comparable.  There are definitely good ones out there, just not as good as CL

I was thinking the same thing this afternoon as I reapplied some splash using the original release CL YRP. The scent name is handwritten on the label. Nothing is as soothing and nurturing on my face as Shawn‘s aftershaves and toners. I think it’s great he handed his scent catalog over to Scott at D G but it’s the CL base that was unique.  Fortunately I have a significant stash of almost everything Shawn made post shave wise including salves and still a few bottles left of his TeaTree Roberant.

I agree about CL. I was sad to see those go. I would also love to see Floid Blu come back.

Hawaiian Surf Aftershave and/or Cologne (circa 1966-1978), blue label original. To date, no one has attempted to duplicate the scent profile. A full bottle sold for nearly $800 on an auction site, a few years ago. Bottles that are empty to half full, typically sell for hundreds! If any vendor wants to attempt a duplication, that would be fantastic.
