Gillette Silver Blues. No joke, I have better odds of having a decent shave by shaving with a jagged chainsaw than with the Silver Blues. Mind you, I have tried them time and time again (i still have like 10 left), in more than 10 razors, and still, everytime I try them, they are extremely harsh to my face, even on WTG Passes.
Second worst would be Personna Lab Blues, almost at the same level of the GSBs. This one is ironic, since the Personna Med Preps are probably my smoothest blades and one of my favorites. For me, these 2 blades are 100% not the same, cant be.
For comparison I love all of these: Feather, Polsilver SI, Astras SP, Personna Med Preps, Kai.

I know there are those who say that they absolutely are. Med Preps are slightly smoother for me, as well. I wonder if they are produced with the exact same specs, but by different machines, for instance. (Since the sterilization process of the Med Prep probably does not affect the characteristics of the blade itself in any way.)
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

I was an early volunteer on B&B forums when they were getting passed around - and that was back in 2016 not long after I started wetshaving. It was a tuggy blade and not all that effective initially, but it was nowhere near as bad as I'd been led to believe it might be -, and it actually got better with use. Rotated it through a number of DE razors, no difference noticed. On Halloween Day, 2017, and now with considerably more DE shaving experience under my belt, I used a 2nd one for the first time. My 'scary shave' theme for the day was achieved using the Graham Field in my modified narrow-cap Fatip Piccolo, along with a 2-layer aluminum shim. Blade glided through my stubble with no tugging, and using my usual routine was completely BBS in all directions for 12+ hrs, which for me is far greater than typical. Got 9 comfortable and BBS face shaves out of it. That's well below my average per blade usage of 25 (high: 71) but until that last shave proved to be somewhat inefficient, it performed well.
My worst blade: Captain Extra Quality (carbon steel). 3 shaves and done, was decent but not spectacular to start and rusted after first use despite removing, rinsing and drying. Tried a Day 4 with the blade but had to bin it after a few strokes.
Honorable mention: Voskhod Teflon Coated. Used it earlier this year for the first time and tossed it after 7 shaves, none of them spectacular. Later, I retrieved it to try it shimmed, and I tossed it again following another inefficient shave.
Need to try GSB again, as for face shaves, that is actually my next worst in terms of shaving performance and durability. However, for head shaves it's great.
