What is your all time worst blade?

Thats funny. I started this thread so I thought you were replying to my post on Tiger blades but you're saying that you just coincidentally posted on Tiger blades at almost the exact same time as I did! Thats great, what are the odds? They have to be the worst blade I've ever used.

Exactly. I saw the thread, and the Tiger popped into my mind. Yes, coincidental. Bet we won't have too many on this forum rushing out to stock o on Tigers!

Are these the Wilkinson Swords made in India (the packaging has some blue, red, and white on it), or the Wilkinson Sword Classics (black & white packaging) made in Germany?

(I haven’t tried the plain Swords, but the Classics are among my favorite blades.)

The sword classics with the black or white package. For me, they are not good. Really hurts my face when shaving. It’s not to say they are bad blades, just bad for my face.

That does sound like the German-made Wilkinson Sword Classic. My shaves with the first blade I tried weren’t spectacular by any means, but somehow the subsequent blades have been very good. Could depend on the razor, of course, and any number of other things.

It’s a good thing we have plenty of choices, when it comes to blades.

The Wilkinson Sword Classics work really well for me in my Blackbirds, but then again, most blades do. The Wilkinsons are also quite good in my Weber DLC, but don’t shine like they do in the Blackbirds.

This kind of ties in with a topic I’ve been thinking about this morning — the amount of variables in today’s wet shaving world. It’s enormous.

Zorrik. Absolutely dreadful.
